Meet the Family!

High Prairie's Caliber Rimfire (JESSE): Jesse....What more can I say.  Coming from Denver, Colorado, this 13" tall little rascal is a handful on the best of days. He is very energetic and enjoys squeaking his toys, and running laps around the other dogs. He loves being with us no matter where we go. His favorite past times include running with the ATV and swimming in the creek. He is quite the character that will always be the first to greet you and the last to leave you alone. Jesse was born on January 14, 2015 and has quite the unique eye colour. Not only does he have green eyes, but in the left eye there is blue surrounding the pupil which makes it very fetching to look at along with his Red Merle coat. Jesse is has started herding cattle and we are wanting to start him on sheep. He throws his quick wit and charm to his pups!
Snugglebugs Caliber Ambrosia (AMBI): Here is miss Ambi. She is the veteran in the family and a homegrown Snugglebug cross of Tux and Nia. She is a certified service dog; she loves to go and visit people in the hospitals and homes to cheer them up and bring that "animal healing" to the table. With a laid back personality that anyone can get along with, she is a dog that will never leave your side no matter what the task may be.  The puppies resulting from Ambi are breathtaking in both personality and confirmation. She was born on October 11, 2011. She is 12" tall and is 9 lbs. Ambi is a Black Tri with Copper and White trim, and has two beautiful brown eyes to match her dark coat. 
Snugglebugs Mollys Caliber Mischief (MOLLY) : Molly aka "Stinky", yet another beautiful home cross of Tux and Nia from Snugglebug Aussies.  Molly is the type of dog that likes to observe a situation from her perch rather than going into all the action right away. She is the perfect house dog with a personality that fills the house. Full of energy and just a big love ball, Molly was born on April 22,  2015 and is a Black Tri with copper and white trim with gorgeous black brown eyes. She has matured to a whopping 10" tall and 8 pounds! Making the perfect cross with Jesse creating the most amazing puppies, Molly is a momma to watch!
Caliber Boogie Man (OOG): Oog or as we like to call him, Chicken is a striking man full of play and wonder. We added Chicken to our program in May of 2016, he is a character beyond characters. He loves to play outside (especially when there is snow). He is a very protective dog to his person and once he buddies up to you that's it, there is no getting rid of him. Coming in at the mini size, Oog is a bit bigger than our other dogs. He is 16" tall and 30 pounds. He was born April 2014 and is a striking red tri male with copper and white trim. Throwing smaller than his size, he throws beautiful bone into his pups and none have reached over 14" with our crosses.
Shelby: Shelby is a sweetheart that we added to our breeding program in May of 2016. She is a large personality in a small body that no one can mess with. While not super energetic she is very persuasive on getting your attention if her food dish is empty! Striking with her two different blue & hazel coloured eyes and beautiful red merle coat she is a gorgeous girl with the bone to match. She is the queen of her roost and loves to make sure that everyone knows it. She throws strong boned, correct pups that always turn heads. She was born September 2013 and is 14" tall & 20 lbs.
Redfur: Coming from the last litter of Nia of Snugglebug Aussies, Redfur is a gorgeous girl with striking red colours. Born  on July 12 of 2017 out of a successful cross of Mac and Nia, this beautiful girl is the newest addition to our program! She loves to play with her best friend Jasmine, but always comes back to check on us on our walks. Redfur stands 12.5" tall and a thick 12 pounds. She is a true snugglebug and absolutely captures your attention.  We are eager to see what playful red pups she will create with Jesse in the coming years!
Jasmine: Born on May 7 of 2017, this gorgeous home grown Caliber girl is the product of the great cross between Oog and Ambi! This 12", 9 pound ball of fun is full of energy and loves to run and play with her best friend Redfur. Boasting a voluptuous full coat and the very snappy learning mind from her mother, we are excited to add this beauty to our program.  As one of the new up and comers we are excited to see what kind of pups she will create with Jesse in the coming year!
